Launch Kit is run by Paul O'Dwyer, a sole trader in Ireland. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
When you send the fit check:
- Your name and email address.
- What you tell us about your app, the times that suit you, and your time zone.
- Your answers to the fit check questions, and the package and price they led to.
- Which advert or website brought you to us, if any (for example "google" or "reddit"). We don't collect anything that identifies you from that.
When you book a call or become a client:
- The time you book, and anything you add to the booking.
- Your payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
- Session recordings, your session records and our emails with you.
When you visit the site: the site sets no cookies, and its fonts are served from our own site, so your visit isn't shared with a font service.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange your free call (because you asked us to).
- To run your sessions and keep the records our agreement needs, including for the launch guarantee (to carry out our agreement with you).
- To keep accounts and tax records (because the law requires it).
- To see which adverts work, using only the advert name, never your identity (our legitimate interest in running the business).
We never sell your information, and we don't use it for anything else without asking you.

Some of these services are based outside the European Economic Area. Where they are, they protect your information with the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Fit check requests that don't go ahead: deleted after 12 months.
- Session recordings: deleted 30 days after your last session. You keep your own copy.
- Client records and invoices: kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
